Markus Kamann graduated from the University of Paderborn, Germany, with a degree in Business Administration and Engineering. His professional focus includes the establishment of education and training networks, the design of skilled personnel solutions, as well as the development of state-of-the-art education and training offerings for companies. He is convinced that a consistently professionalized education and training landscape can only be successful if it fulfills the same high demands in terms of professionalism and innovative capability that are placed on economic enterprises. With this in mind as a guiding principle, Markus Kamann has been committed to promoting professional vocational education for more than 25 years. For him, this means bringing together networks, companies, technology partners, educational institutions, as well as colleges and universities. Only if all the players join forces can new methods and innovations also be translated into innovative education and training offerings.
He has shared his in-depth experience in various lectures and publications, including by way of guest contributions in the media of the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung, BIBB) and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and in the form of with lectures on Didacta and in various forums of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWI), and the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS). As a lecturer in cooperation with various universities, Markus Kamann has introduced many up-and-coming managers to cutting-edge project management and business management – from practice, for practice.
