Michael Hinterstocker M. Sc. studied Engineering Physics and Computational Science and Engineering at the Technical University of Munich and has been working as a research assistant and project manager at FfE in Munich since 2013. The main focus of his research is in the areas of modeling and simulation of the energy system, analysis and forecasting of electricity and gas markets, as well as flexibilization and digitalization of the energy industry. After leading various research projects in these fields, he is currently the general project lead of the joint “unIT-e2” research project aimed at the grid and market integration of electromobility.
