Torsten Maas is co-founder and CTO of make better GmbH and enytime green GmbH. He is responsible for the efficient digitalization of business processes and system landscapes for energy suppliers. As a business IT specialist, his focus has always been on connecting people and business via digital channels. In 2002, for example, he developed the first “Online Service Center” for handling purely digital customer processes for several German health insurance companies. This gave rise to elbkutter GmbH, which primarily carried out the digitalization of business processes. One result was one of the first online participant management systems for all processes from invitation and booking management to event execution that could be used in the international corporate sector; the service was always fully compliant with data protection regulations. Before founding make better GmbH, he was responsible for global messenger processes SS7 and cloud communication services in the role of CTO.
As CTO of enytime Green GmbH, he now reflects this approach to big data. He is responsible for the architecture and development, which focuses on the digital participation of people via customer and citizen interfaces.
