Ella Zhou is the Head of the R&D group for Sustainable Buildings and Grids at Siemens Technology. With over a decade of power system engineering and policy experience, she leads research, development, and demonstration projects on sustainability, electrification, grid-interactive efficient buildings, renewable energy integration, and multi-energy systems. Prior to joining Siemens, she was a Senior Modeling Engineer at U. S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
