Dr. Ingo Leusbrock

Dr. Ingo Leusbrock is head of the “Cities and Grids” division at AEE INTEC in Gleisdorf, Austria. His research focuses on a) modeling, simulation, and implementation of urban energy systems and infrastructure with a focus on district heating and cooling; b) implementation of holistic energy system analyses; and c) innovative energy supply concepts, e. g., Positive Energy Districts. He has been serving as project leader and participant in numerous national research and demonstration projects (e. g., ThermaFLEX, gigaTES, Spatial Energy Planning), as well as active in numerous international networks, such as the IEA (participated in, e. g., IEA EBC Annex 73 & 84, IEA DHC TS3, 4 & 5).
