Dr. Claudia Weißmann works as a Senior Manager at Intelligent Energy System Services (IE2S) GmbH, a Joint Venture of MHP: A Porsche Company and TransnetBW. Claudia Weißmann studied Industrial Engineering and was a PhD student at the Institute of Solid Structures by Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. C.-A. Graubner at Technischen Universität Darmstadt, from 2013 until 2017. While writing her dissertation she was a scholar of Darmstadt Graduate School of Excellence Energy Science and Engineering. Furthermore, she was a guest researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where she analyzed sustainable energy supply concepts for urban districts.
Since 2018 she advises energy suppliers, transmission system operators, and OEMs in energy transition projects. Her consultancy focus topic is the efficient conduction of large infrastructure projects, including hydrogen systems.
